Company History


In early 2013, two young friends & entrepreneurs, Mr. Shabbir Ahmed and Mr. Rakesh Shahi started working on a new idea to deal with lack of information on chemicals. Six months later, Life science Intellipedia launches as a partnership venture. Growth was slow at first as few as 10 customers in early six month, however the pace picked up in later half of year.


Growth accelerates with the introduction of market research reports. Life science Intellipedia introduces new concept of market research by combining secondary research with primary research. It really worked, The company achieved its profitability in its second year of inception.


Lifescience Intellipedia introduces its second business Online Database Portal as consumer (Buyer) finding tool. The company also moves into its second office in second years at Noida, In 2015, the company started gaining recognition across the country.


With the launch of Lifescience Intellipedia as a Pvt. Ltd Company, Now Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd. begins expanding their business globally. In 2016, the company introduces new business in Pharma regulatory affairs. Our aim was to meet the quality gap of Indian lifesciences companies as per global regulatory standards, by then the company has achieved a milestone to connect with approx 400 customers globally.


Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd has now a strength of more than 50 employee and touched a new financial heights. In the same year, the company launched new online tools of finding chemical suppliers globally. At global front, we visited at Arab-Health Dubai and exhibited at bigger platform like IPHEX in India in the first quarter of this year & beginning the next decade of Lifescience Intellipedia. We sought to create a map of the digital information economy.


Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd. entered into a new type of market research report i.e, Due-diligence report, Company profiling, Pharma Plant setup, Revamping of Technology Transfer business across all verticals, conversion of CTD and eCTD dossier. In the same year, we launched new Online Exim data portal, named Intellimex.com, which created new growth trajectory for the company.


In this year, Lifescience Intellipedia expanded regulatory business to next level and started executing Plant setup and technology transfer project on site as per regulated market guidelines. We launched new type of market research report in IPR space, i.e, Patent Landscape, FTO, Invalidation studies and many more were some of examples. We made presence felt in global and domestic exhibitions like IPheX and CPHI across the world.


Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd. now had regional presence in Mumbai, Ahmedabad and UK. Our focus in this year was to make our presence felt globally.We did business partnerships and develop some affiliates across the globe to expand our business, Despite of Covid we had touched new financial heights and launched New advance version Of Chemxpert.in. We also achieved a feat of 1000 clients in the same year.


2021,has started as wonderful year on business front We have launched clival.com. A portal for innovative pharma space and products selection for In-licensing, markets&surveys.com. Rakesh Kr Shahi is responsible for business development and supply chain management. He has 15+ years of rich experience in the field of sales & marketing and has worked in different capacities with various multinational companies like GSK, Himedia & Jubilant.
