Amneal Pharmaceuticals Completes Kashiv BioSciences Acquisition to Expand Biosimilars Business

Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Kashiv BioSciences, LLC, bringing the two companies together to create a more integrated biosimilars business.

The combination gives Amneal capabilities across the full biosimilars value chain, including research, development, manufacturing and commercialization. The company said the deal creates one of the industry’s few fully integrated biosimilars platforms.

Kashiv BioSciences brings experience in biologics research, development and manufacturing.
