Overview

Bexorg’s platform is designed to restore metabolic and molecular activity in isolated human and pig brains by using a custom-formulated artificial blood. Originally developed at Yale University, this technology enables detailed analysis of transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolic processes in brain tissue. The data gathered helps to build physiologically relevant datasets, which can then be used for AI-driven drug development.

Terms of agreement

  • The partnership will utilise Bexorg’s proprietary whole-brain discovery platform to identify therapeutic targets and generate key data to support drug discovery efforts.
  • Under the agreement, Bexorg will support Biohaven’s CNS research by providing information on target engagement, biomarker identification, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and other mechanistic data.
