Twist, Element Biosciences Partner on End-to-End NGS Solutions

Twist Bioscience Corporation, a leading life sciences company focused on synthetic DNA solutions, and Element Biosciences, Inc., a company committed to democratizing access to advanced life science tools, have announced an expansion of their existing partnership.

The collaboration aims to further integrate Twist’s library preparation and target enrichment workflows into Element’s AVITI sequencing systems and Trinity flowcells.

A Seamless Workflow from Library Prep to Sequencing

This collaboration enables end-to-end workflows, allowing researchers to move from library preparation through sequencing entirely within Element’s AVITI platform.

The AVITI system, known for its high-quality sequencing and operational flexibility, will now be enhanced by Twist’s NGS tools, known for their uniformity, consistency, and quality.

Twist Bioscience will hold exclusive rights to develop new library prep and target enrichment workflows compatible with Element’s Trinity sequencing technology, thereby expanding the Trinity offerings beyond exome sequencing and delivering high-performance solutions across multiple NGS applications.
